Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your FastZone account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion runs a hard delete that removes your fasting sessions, check-ins, weight logs, reminders, custom plans, insights, badges, push tokens, and profile.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open FastZone.
  2. Go to Profile → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm. Your data is permanently deleted right away.

Delete by request (no app needed)

If you no longer have the app installed, email [[PRIVACY_EMAIL]] from the email address on your account (or include enough detail for us to verify it) and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your request and delete your data, and confirm when it is done. You do not need to reinstall or repurchase the app to make this request.

What is kept, and why

On deletion we remove all of your personal data with one narrow exception: a de-identified billing record (a mirror of store/RevenueCat activity) is retained as a financial audit record for accounting, tax, and chargeback/dispute purposes for as long as the law requires. We null the link to your account; this record contains no health, weight, or check-in content. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Deleting your account does not cancel billing

Your subscription is billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your FastZone account does not cancel or refund it — you must cancel separately in your store subscription settings:
